1.Who handles your data

Ana Carolina Pereira Rodrigues, a UGC content creator based in Portugal, is the controller of the data collected on anacarolina.pt and anacarolinaa.com.

For any request about your data: collab@anacarolinaugc.com.

2.What I collect and why

  • Contact form (brands): name, email, brand or company and your message. I use them to reply and prepare a proposal, because you asked for it.
  • "Introduce me to brands" form (creators): name, email, Instagram, TikTok, followers, portfolio link, stage and location. I use them to introduce you to brands and talk to you about collaborations, with your consent, which you give by ticking the box and can withdraw at any time.
  • Guide purchases and usage-rights licences: name, email and what is needed for payment. Payments are handled by Stripe and I never see or store your card details. I use this to give you access to what you bought and to meet tax obligations.
  • Guide account: your email, to send you the sign-in link.
  • Guide feedback: whatever you write in the feedback form, to improve the guide.
  • Visit measurement (Google Analytics): only if you accept in the "Analytics preferences" notice. It measures pages viewed, where you came from and device type, with no advertising and no Google signals. You can change your choice at any time from that same link.
  • Emails I send to brands: they may contain an invisible image that tells me whether the email was opened, so I know the message arrived and don't follow up for no reason.

If you talk to me on WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok or Discord, those conversations stay on those platforms and follow their policies.

3.Who I share it with

I never sell or hand over your data. To run the site I use these services, which process data only on my behalf: Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), Supabase (database and accounts), Notion (contact organisation), Stripe (payments) and Google Analytics (measurement, only with your consent).

Some of these services have servers outside the European Union. In those cases the transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

If I introduce you to a brand, I only share what the collaboration needs, and only after talking to you.

4.How long I keep it

  • Brand requests and creator contacts: while there is a conversation or collaboration, and at most 3 years after the last contact.
  • Purchases and invoices: as long as tax law requires.
  • Visit measurement: at most 14 months, according to Google Analytics settings.

5.Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to or restrict how I use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Just write to collab@anacarolinaugc.com and I will reply within one month.

If you believe your data was not handled properly, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).

6.What is stored in your browser

The site stores in your browser your analytics choice and, in the creators form, what you type so you don't lose it if you leave halfway. This stays on your device only.

Google Analytics only uses cookies if you accept. The guide account uses one necessary cookie to keep you signed in.

7.Changes

If this policy changes, I update the date at the top of this page.
